Mixed Level Staff Lessons

Course Overview

This is an open class for spinners of all experience levels. The content of the class will largely be determined by the abilities desires of the students. Beginning students can expect an introduction to the basic moves and principles of staff, starting with a shorter staff. More acvanced students can get help and guidance with any direction they care to take their study of staff. Possibilities include, wraps, intro to contact, long staff and dance.

All students will begin class with a warm up and stretching, and conclude with a cool down and feedback session. The smaller class size ensures all students will receive individual instruction in new moves as well as drills and techniques for home study.

Prerequisite

Bring your own staff, though we do have some you can borrow but, at this time, none you can purchase.
